An eSIM is an embedded SIM card, built into your phone's hardware and serves the same function as a physical SIM but 100% digital and secure. It enables travellers to stay connected while abroad without the hassle of swapping out physical SIM cards.

Do check your phone compatibility before selecting GOOSE eSIM. To activate your eSIM, simply scan the QR code sent to you via email after your order is placed.

To use an eSIM, your device must be carrier-unlocked and eSIM-compatible. Please refer to the link here for compatible devices.

First, you are required to sign-up for a GOOSE account.

You can sign-up for a GOOSE Account via the GOOSE App.

The GOOSE App is free to download. GOOSE App allows users to purchase GOOSE eSIMs, monitor data usage and top up credits to GOOSE Bag.

GOOSE App is available for download on Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).

To view your GOOSE Account, you can log in via a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered email address.

The GOOSE App will show a summary of all your GOOSE eSIMs registered under the same email address and their respective mobile usages. It will also show the remaining credits left in each corresponding eSIM GOOSE Bag.

You can top-up your eSIM’s GOOSE Bag via the App. GOOSE will continue to enhance the app with incremental functionality.

Please ensure that your device is eSIM-compatible before getting started.

Yes! If your device supports dual SIM, you can have an active plan on both your physical SIM and GOOSE eSIM. This gives you the flexibility to choose which line you'd like to use for your data.

If your device already has an active eSIM, please make sure to disable it before downloading the new GOOSE eSIM. For a step-by-step guide on how to install the eSIM on your phone, click here.

If you have accidentally deleted your GOOSE eSIM profile or reset your phone, simply refer to the email confirmation sent by GOOSE and re-scan the QR code provided.

Please note that the QR code will only work on the same device that was originally used to scan it.

Your GOOSE eSIM profile is non-transferable. If you switch to a new device, you'll need a new QR code. Please note that requesting a new eSIM may incur a fee unless otherwise agreed upon by GOOSE.

Please ensure that your device has an active Wi-Fi or internet connection throughout the setup process. You can attempt to download the eSIM profile again by re-scanning the QR code sent to your email.

You can change your email address in the GOOSE App. Verification will be sent to your registered email.

Log into the GOOSE App to view and manage your data usage.

The GOOSE eSIM is valid for one year from the date of top-up. To extend its validity, simply make another top-up, and the new expiry date will be extended by an additional year from the new top-up date.

The GOOSE Bag stores your GOOSE credits, with each credit equivalent to the value of the United States Dollar (USD).

Your eSIM will automatically terminate one year after your last top-up date.

Please note that the termination of your eSIM does not affect your GOOSE account. To terminate your GOOSE account, please submit a request using this form.

All payments made and credits in your GOOSE Bag are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalents.

Data on GOOSE is charged on a Pay-Per-Use basis, with fees applied for each 10MB block used. To add more data, simply top up your GOOSE Bag.

Following a new directive by the Australian authorities, only certain mobile devices can access Australian mobile networks. You may use this link to check if your mobile device is approved and will thus be able to roam in Australia.

The Orange APNs are used when roaming to some countries.

Please select your APN manually, then you can either Power Off your phone and Power On again or switch momentarily to “Airplane mode” and back. Note that there will be an approximately 3-minute delay before you are back on the GOOSE network.

Check that your Access Point Name APN is set to "internet".

Restart your phone. Switch on data roaming and Go GOOSE!

The Access Point Name (APN) is an authentication setting your phone needs to set up a connection to the gateway between your carrier's cellular network and the public Internet. If your device does not have the correct APN setting of your current provider, your mobile data will not work.

If you are facing roaming connectivity issues, please try the following troubleshooting:

Roaming is switch on
Mobile Data is switch on
APN setting is set to "internet"
In some countries, you may encounter "Orange World." You can leave it as it is without any changes
